 If someone with ICQ 6 sets a message containing an ampersand Pidgin shows
 an other entry in the buddy list instead of the buddy itself. See attached
 screenshots. The message was set to a single &. It seems to be only a
 problem with the ICQ protocol because of the error that causes the message
 displayed twice.
