 Clicking on custom smileys to insert them into a conversation erroneously
 converts some special characters to html character entities.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. Bring up Custom Smiley Manager (Buddy List, Tools->Smiley)
 2. Choose a suitable image, and type '~:>' as the Smiley Shortcut
 3. Bring up a conversation window, click on Smile! button in toolbar,
 click on the smiley you just defined

 Expected result:
 Smiley is pasted into conversation input area and can be sent to the other
 party.

 Actual result:
 the text '~:>' appears in the conversation input area, and this text is
 sent rather than the picture I wanted to send.
