 Even with tabs, it can be a pain to keep track of my buddy list and my
 conversations in two windows. It would be great if the two windows could
 be combined.

 I've attached mockups of two possible ways to do this.

 1st Way
 Somehow dock the conversation window/widget under the buddy list. Use the
 GTK Gripper-border-resizer-doohicky between the two widgets.

 2nd Way
 Tab the main Pidgin window so I can easily switch between the Buddy List
 view and the Conversation view.
