 'ello there! Found this while fiddling around with the tab and "Show
 detailed information" settings. Not a major bug, this, since it resolves
 itself when you reopen a window, but... well let me explain already:

  1. Enable the tab bar. Placement: Top.
  2. Under Preferences->Conversations, disable "Show detailed information".
  3. Open up a conversation window so that one tab is open.
  4. ENable "Show detailed information" again and you will have both the
 info pane and a tab open at the same time.

 The tab won't stay open if you open another tab in the same window and
 then close it again, or if you close the window and open it again. But
 nonetheless, if you want to change the settings and view the results as
 you change them, you might be confused as to what you're going to get when
 you're done with the settings. Right?
