 Same as above, here's a reproduce for Windows v2.5.0:
 1. Activate Buddy List
 2. Press [Tab] until the "Status button" is highlighted in dots.
 3. Press [Enter] or [Space] to activate the "Status" drop-down.
 4. Press [Arrow keys], they do nothing.  You cannot choose one, only press
 [Enter] again.

 Also as noted by #3341 , there is no way to active status any other way
 via keystrokes.
