Comment:

 Yes still happens, first login to MSN account, set privacy settings to
 "Block users below"(you may have to block someone). Now disable that MSN
 account, connect to any other account(Yahoo in my case) and then enable
 MSN account again, and QUICKLY (i.e before it connects) click
 Tools->Privacy and select the same MSN account from dropdown, it would
 show you 'Read error' in main window.

 I believe that callback function tries to query privacy settings before
 the user has completely logged in and hence the error.

 But anyway its very minor issue, nobody does this anyway.
