 Hello:

 Pidgin is an excellent IM software.  However, it seems that there is no
 localization of it yet.  Is it possible to have that in the future, like,
 have Pidgin use language INI files?  I would very much like to see Pidgin
 have a Chinese or Spanish user interface.
