Old description:

New description:

 Yes it does happen.  Most of the menu items under Buddies do it.  Some the
 ones that do are New Instant Message, Add Buddy, Add Chat, Add Group and
 About.  There are also some message account specific menu items that do it
 as well.  I uploaded a screen shot of the problem as well.  Any other help
 you need just let me know.
