#7677: Pigin doesn't download the english aspell utility when selected

 Installed v2.5.2 for Windows (WinXP), then changed Account- Manage
 Accounts- Modify- Advanced- Hide client identity to "checked", which fixed
 my disconnect problem (Thanks!!!).

 I selected Shortcuts- Start Menu (but not Desktop), URI Handlers (all of
 those listed), and Spellchecking Support- English (only), but When it got
 to the part about "Downloading aspell_dict-en.exe", it stopped with the
 popup message "Error Installing Dictionary: resolving hostname  Retry /
 Cancel".  The last line in the download dialog box is "Downloading Aspell
 en Dictionary... (http://pidgin.im/win32/download_redir.php?...".  Retry
 fails, Cancel causes "Completed" to appear, and highlights "Next", which
 then allows me to get to "Finish" and "Start Pigin".  Under Preferences-
 Conversations I checked the option for "Highlight mispelled words", but if
 I mispell a word, it's not highlighted.  What should I try now?
