 I just committed a couple of fixes to the mob branch.

 1) OCS2005 sometimes returns Content-Length in all-caps.  This was causing
 the header to be not found.  I changed the code to be case insensitive for
 headers.

 2) Adjusted the order of initialization in send_sip_response which made
 NOTIFY reply headers look right.

 I still can't send and receive messages, but I am a lot closer.
