New description:

 I have a buddy who is NOT in my list but I am in his list. I have deleted
 him from my list but due to Yahoo limitations (which doesnt allow reverse
 deletion), my ID is still in his list

 Now I manually edited blist.xml and added his ID, so his ID atleast
 appears on my Pidgin list (and shows 'Not on server list'). Now I want to
 "Appear Offline" to him but when I right click on his ID, I dont get
 "Presence settings" menu at all.

 May be Pidgin doesnt show "Presence settings" because he is not in my
 list, which should not be case. So just wanted to report this minor bug.
