 On Windows XP SP 2, I've randomly been getting a condition ever since
 upgrading from 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 where the chat window cannot be clicked on,
 except to dismiss it via the standard Windows X button in its upper right
 corner.  I've been running the Debug window for a couple of weeks hoping
 to get some clue as to what happens; at Warning level I finally got
 something that looks useful:

 Gtk: Can't set a target list on a widget until you've called
 gtk_drag_dest_set() to make the widget into a drag destination
