 I'm seeing the bug where if Communicator initiates a chat, then pidgin
 can't send messages out (gets 481 Call Leg/Transaction Does Not Exist
 response to its INVITE).  If pidgin initiates the chat, then it is able to
 send messages out.  I'm working on this problem now.
