 Well that bug was pretty noticeable, sending PING every 30sec instead of
 1hr wud obviously catch their eyes because Pidgin clients were sending
 like million extra PINGs every hour. It was bug in Pidgin not in their
 client.

 This bug I reported would hardly be noticed and is something related to
 privacy of the user (I am not able to use a privacy feature) and if exists
 in their client, they will have to rectify it sooner or later. I will
 report it to them as well once someone reports here that bug exists in
 their native client as well.

 But ofcourse it also depends on them to correct it or not.
