 I have two contacts that I used to be able to chat with through MSN
 messenger and Pidgin. Now for some reason we both show as offline to each
 other, but they can see other MSN messenger users. I have not changed
 anything. The two contacts are:
 c0murr7 at win.eng.vzwnet.com
 v-tazwic at microsoft.com

 I also get the following error message when I log into Pidgin now:

 Buddy list synchronization issue in bigrum at hotmail.com (MSN)
 c0murr7 at win.eng.vzwnet.com on the local list is inside the group "Friends"
 but not on the server list. Do you want this buddy to be added?

 I click on "add" to correct the issue but they still do not show as
