 Today I am not able to login to any of my Yahoo accounts, using Pidgin.
 But I can login by going to web messenger at http://web.im

 Then when I was checking Addressbook I saw this message on top:

 service. During this time you cannot modify your address book. Please try
 again in 60 minutes.

 So could this be a reason?

 I will check after 60 mins when that maintenance lock is removed and
