 Do you mean make the #define names include the XEP revision number? If so,
 then yep, I'll respin the patches. How do NS_AVATAR_0_12_(META|DATA) and
 NS_AVATAR_1_1_(META|DATA) sound?

 I'd also like to introduce a namespaces.h file to include all the
 namespace strings used throughout the prpl and put them all in one place,
 but I'll do that a little later.
