 During the login process, MSN notification servers send CHL requests to
 Pidgin, which answers them correctly. The second time a CHL is sent, it is
 still answered correctly. After that, Pidgin does not process CHL requests
 any more.

 I don't think this is intended, as Windows Live Messenger answers each
 subsequent CHL request accordingly.
