Comment:

 Move your build environment to a path without spaces, for example
 `C:\devel\`, so that the cygwin path ends up being
 `/cygdrive/c/devel/pidgin-2.5.2` and your win32-dev directory is
 `/cygdrive/c/devel/win32-dev`.
