 Pidgin 2.5.2 on Ubuntu, I can confirm this problem. I really like to see
 the problem fixed, I have these problems quite a lot. Relatively a lot
 conversations 'die' this way. Really annoying. I'm not sure but It looks
 like this problem is put in the fridge.

 Is there anything I can do to help fixing this?
