 Why are tickets regarding problem keep getting tagged as "invalid" and
 closed when it is a valid issue?? I have the same problem. If I type a
 status message into the little input box when I set the status (e.g.
 Available, Away, etc.) It does not appear in the Saved Statuses dialog, so
 there is no way to delete them (from the GUI at least). How do I get rid
 of them and are you working on a fix for this?
