Comment(by myrkul999):

 While I agree that checking the window title is a bad way of determining
 whether or not a program should insert a password, KeePass doesn't do
 this. The user decides whether to insert a password into a particular
 dialog, the window title is simply used to determine which password to
 insert. The way I see this working is similar to this extension for
 firefox: http://keepass.info/plugins.html#hostnameintitlebar As the name
 implies, it puts the hostname into Firefox's titlebar. When I go to log
 into my google account, I hit the KeePass hot-key, it sees
 #www.google.com# in the title bar, and it puts the UID and Password into
 the form where my cursor is. If Pidgin displayed the account name in the
 title bar of the password dialog, When I wanted to sign into my Google
 Talk account, I could simply hit that hot-key with my cursor in the
 password field of the dialog box, and KeePass would see "Pidgin - Google
 talk" in the title bar of my active window, and input my Google password.

 Why go hacking into libpurple to link it into all these other keyrings
 when such a simple change results in such an elegant solution?
