 Yes, migration is missing. I'll fix that.

 Is there anything like post-install scripts here which can do this? or do
 we do these kind of stuff on every run time? If its on run time, what
 should be correct place -- blist callbacks or something like
 purple_blist_load (or gtkmain) ?

 Any pointer would be appreciated.
