 Idea is to send a large number of users a group message, probably to group
 in roster, as part of pidgin, or as plugin if possible at all. Jabber is
 target, but it can be done probably to other protocols. Known clients
 implementing this are Gajim and Pandion (both used in my company (100+
 employees) because pidgin lacks this)
