 I did the whole survey (questions) in about 5 minutes...then over the
 following 10 - 15 minutes I was adding text to the suggestions/feedback
 part on the last page.

 I'll try and remember what I wrote and add it to this ticket...or I might
 do the survey again remembering to save my text as I go!

 However, I really think each page of the survey should carry a warning not
 to leave the survey half-done.  Plus, extending the time out to several
 hours if possible would be good too.
