 I have been afflicted by the same problem since installing 2.5.3. Windows
 XP Pro SP3, English. Upon exiting Pidgin, the buddy list window goes blank
 and the program hangs. The debug version of Pidgin doesn't produce a
 pidgin.rpt file, so I had to make a debug log the hard way. I have
 attached the portion of the log that goes from when I click "exit" until
 the end of the log.
