Comment:

 The download system now always includes GTK+ by default.  The correct
 response now is to "make sure Pidgin is upgraded to the latest version"

 Technically, a non GTK+ installer still exists, but only 0.5% of users
 download it, and the numbers are getting smaller and smaller.
