 Every time when I click on the link to my Hotmail account from the Pidgin
 New Mail notification, Firefox opens a new tab and then freezes.  It
 appears to only do so for Hotmail, while Yahoo mail seems to be fine.

 I think the problem started after I upgraded to Pidgin 2.5.3.
 I am currently running Firefox 3.0.5 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT
 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.5) Gecko/2008120122 Firefox/3.0.5) in Windows XP SP3.
