#7943: Make libpurple send ICQ6 capabilities when logging in on ICQ
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------
 Reporter:  rekkanoryo  |     Owner:  MarkDoliner
     Type:  task        |    Status:  new
Component:  ICQ         |   Version:  2.5.3
 Keywords:              |
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------
 ICQ6 sends the following capabilities on connection:
 {{{
  {0138ca7b-769a-4915-88f2-13fc00979ea8} (ICQ 6 HTML Messaging)
  {67361515-612d-4c07-8f3d-bde6408ea041} (Xtraz MultiUser Chat)
  {1a093c6c-d7fd-4ec5-9d51-a6474e34f5a0} (Xtraz)
  {748f2420-6287-11d1-8222-444553540000} (Chat)
  {563fc809-0b6f-41bd-9f79-422609dfa2f3} (Typing Notifications)
  {b2ec8f16-7c6f-451b-bd79-dc58497888b9} (tZers)
  {178c2d9b-daa5-45bb-8ddb-f3bdbd53a10a} (ICQ Lite)
 }}}

 We already send the Typing Notifications capability (I applied a patch to
 send it in [9a15955bb377eff51316851e03db1cd7a5f9ba7f]). I believe,
 however, that we need to send at least the ICQ 6 HTML messaging, Xtraz,
 and ICQ Lite capabilities. Xtras is going to at least be helpful for the
 X-Status stuff going on in `im.pidgin.cpw.rekkanoryo.icqxstatus` for
 2.6.0, and as I understand it, the HTML messaging cap will tell other
 clients that we can accept HTML. I figure we should send ICQ Lite to be
 as close to ICQ 6 as possible without lying about what we support.
