 The »status note title« (I think it was called that way) does not exist
 anymore in official ICQ 6 clients, so we do not need to fetch it. Official
 ICQ clients >= 6 set the status message the AIM way, with the only
 difference that all status types are handled the same way (i.e.
 »available«). The patch submitted in #703 also makes this issue disappear.
