 Hello,

 whenever I restart Pidgin, my privacy setting is set to "Block only the
 users below". But I don't want create my own blacklist because stupid bots
 adds me and bother me with their freaking russian advert I don't even
 understand...
 Is there any way to set it to "Allow only the users on my buddy list"
 permanently?

 I should notice that the advert only comes from ICQ.
