 When Pidgin 2.4.0 is released, I should propagate the tag v2.4.0 to the
 branch im.pidgin.soc.2007.msimprpl, so I can work from there while the
 main im.pidgin.pidgin branches develops independently.

 This will allow me to build libmyspace.dll's for the currently-released
 version of Pidgin, and distribute this DLL to (Windows) users to test the
 bugs they are having. If I develop msimprpl in im.pidgin.pidgin, then I
 probably won't be able to build libmyspace.dll for release users, since
 the symbols between versions may have changed.
