 To reproduce:
 - Set my screen resolution to a height of 400
 - Create a buddy with at least 5 accounts associated with it
 - Maximize the buddy list
 - Hover over the buddy on the left side of the screen.
 Tooltip does not get displayed, but it does show up if I hover over the
 right side of the screen on the same buddy.
