 I'm running 2.3.1.  It's a new install on a new machine.  All of my
 buddies are greyed out with message "Not on server list", accompanied by a
 red circle-slash.  I can receive IMs from others, but can't initiate a
 conversation myself.  The buddies are all on Yahoo.
