 I've installed "pidgin-2.3.1-debug.exe" on a Win XP SP2 machine with
 administrator access.  It installs and starts to run just fine (as well as
 the debug DOS window in the background), but when the first box appears to
 Add user accounts and I do so (configuring AIM as my 1st account), when I
 click the Save button, the program crashes and presents the error dialog
 box with "Debug", "Send", and "Don't Send" buttons.  Whether or not I
 press Debug, it doesn't save the "debug.log" file you want to see, so I
 can't include it.

 I have no idea why the program is crashing and need to know if there's
 some troubleshooting tips I can follow.  I've already searched through the
 FAQs and TipsForBugReports for a solution to this before contacting you,
 so if I missed it and this is a duplicate ticket, please refer me to the
 solution.  Otherwise, any help you can offer is appreciated, because
 currently I can't use the program at all.
