 I've committed a much simpler version of `y7-filexfer-full-new4.diff` to
 `im.pidgin.cpw.rekkanoryo.yahoop15ft` that needs some testing before I
 move it to `im.pidgin.pidgin`.  I'd have tested this myself but I don't
 currently have access to any Yahoo Japan accounts, and I can't read
 Japanese to register for any.

 I didn't want to add a ton more protocol options to Yahoo; its 7 options
 are about 5 too many as it is, in my opinion.
