 Hmm, I wonder if we could find a better name for the menu item?  "Send
 attention" doesn't feel very natural to me, and I'm not sure the meaning
 is clear.  Maybe we could just call it "Poke"?  Or "Buzz"?  "Nudge"?  "Get
 attention"?  "Ping"?

 I guess the thing that feels unnatural about it to me is that you're not
 really SENDING attention, you're ASKING for their attention.
