 ok, i got a patch done (oscar_ht.patch). It got a bit bigger than i
 thought/was hoping for but it works so far.

 I added three hashtables to speed-up the most common searches:[[BR]]
 - the gid+bid lookup[[BR]]
 - finding buddies in a group[[BR]]
 - finding groups[[BR]]
 [[BR]][[BR]]
 Have a look at the patch and let me know what you think.
