 Ok, the script isn't really working... I commented out all the lines
 except the one launching pidgin. The pstree is still the same (pidgin is
 under the gnome-session process), and pidgin still doesn't work properly
 with Gnome.

 Is there a developer here that could see this problem? It doesn't seems
 that Gnome is the only one to blame for this behavior.
