 I know this was discussed before, but my situation is unique.  On some IM
 types I need the Automatic Proxy, on some I do not.  I also need one
 browser with it on, and one with it off.  The bad thing is I need IE with
 it off.  So setting a "global" automatic proxy will not work, as
 previously recommended.  I need very specific settings for only certain
 pieces.
