 I fixed the GTK+ 2.9 to 2.10, and I removed the blink stuff for now,
 because getting it into Pidgin is more important, and who knows when 3.0.0
 will be? This seems eligible for inclusion right now (for 2.4.0, say :-)
 ), and the blink stuff can be added back in for 3.0.0 (for all one knows,
 Pidgin's GTK dependency might be 2.10 by then, and both gtkdocket-x11 and
 gtkdocklet-w32 could be done away with :-))

 Could a developer review this and get it in?
