 The Ticket is misnamed. It should be "Pounce when status is..." to better
 communicate the intent.

 Could this be accomplished by adding another enum in PurplePounceOption:
 PURPLE_POUNCE_OPTION_AVAIL? Used to set that the pounce is only to be
 executed if the Pouncer is available.

 I'm not sure how easy it is to implement, and since I haven't done any
 work in C I unfortunately can't give more than suggestions, but it seems
 simple enough by looking through the code and documentation.
