 Added `msim_username_is_valid()`in
 782f53e182e5aae0645ddca95945dd0c104330ff to check whether the username
 meets these constraints, and isn't all-numeric. Not used anywhere yet.

 How should we handle spaces and capitals within usernames to be set? Seems
 the 9,14 command rejects usernames with spaces, but the 5,7 "lookup user
 by string" command doesn't. Maybe we'll have to set the canonical username
 (no spaces, all lowercase) with 9,14, then call another command to set the
 capitalization and spacing.
