DISCLAIMER: Tried to submit this and got a server load message. Sorry if
 this is a duplicate submission.
I'm getting a really weird problem which I'm probably going to explain
 badly, but here goes.
Every time I open Pidgin, an odd group seems to appear at the top of all
my other groups. It contains generally 5-6 people from my buddy list, all
AIM buddies, and the title is always identical to one of my existing
groups. However, as I mouse over the group title, it'll flash from one
name, to the name of one of my buddies, to someone else's name, and so on.
When I delete the group manually, a dialog box pops up as though it's
going to ask me if I really want to delete it, but there's no text
whatsoever in the box, just a smiling face with a question mark and a
 "cancel" and "remove group" button.
Every few times I open, I get a message saying my blist.xml is corrupt and
so on, which I saw in another ticket was linked to a weird unicode
 character or something.
When I disable my AIM account, the weird group thing seems to not happen.
As I said, I'm sure this could have been better explained, so I'll answer
any questions/upload any files that may help sort this thing out.
