 Brought to my attention by
 http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/2844#comment:19  - if I close a ticket
 by typing "Closes #2844" in a Monotone commit message, Trac will correctly
 close the ticket as fixed, but incorrectly set the milestone to 2.3.2.
 Confirmed by http://developer.pidgin.im/roadmap , the next release will be
 2.4.0 so this is what the milestone should be set to.
