 Hmm, so it looks like the first thing to fix is `purple_str_to_time`,
 which does not recognize the 'Z' time zone offset. It looks pretty easy to
 fix.

 The second problem is the assumption I made in the code is not correct.
 Should have a fix for that soon, too.
