 #4867 fixed the milestone on tickets closed by mtn commit messages, but it
 left "about 20 tickets marked as 2.3.2 .... see
 http://developer.pidgin.im/query?status=closed&milestone=%21&owner=%21&order=priority".

 All tickets with a 2.3.2 milestone should probably be replaced with 2.4.0.
