 I'm using pidgin-2.3.1 (as built by MacPorts) on OSX 10.4.11.  "Report
 idle time" is set to "Based on keyboard or mouse use", with "Minutes
 before becoming idle" set to 10.

 Pidgin consistently sets my status to "Away", about 10 minutes after my
 last message send, even though the keyboard and mouse are not idle.

 The problem appears to be a missing test for the HAVE_IOKIT macro; the
 following patch fixes things for me:
