 With msnp14 the buddies show and have the mobile status when they are not
 in a mobile device.

 AFAIK the mobile status is assigned in two places at the first sync with
 the BPR + MOB command and with the presence notification with the NLN +
 clientid & MSN_CLIENT_CAP_MSNMOBILE.

 As I have noticed that my buddies doesn't show the mobile status when I
 just log in I guess the problem is with the NLN command. I have asked some
 of my contacts that show the fake status wich client they are using and
 told me they are using msn live plus. I guess the problem is in the
 clientid.
