 I write a patch which support current version of Yahoo!JAPAN Messenger.
 On Feb 26, Yahoo! JAPAN released webmessenger
 http://webmessenger.yahoo.co.jp/
 and they switched to UTF-8 completely and dot not accept SHIFT-JIS
 anymore.
 Currently pidgin uses SHIFT-JIS for sending messages, and clients which
 expects UTF-8 encoded messages receives garbled SHIFT-JIS messages.
 To send messages correctly, it should be encoded as UTF-8.
 My patch fixes this problem.
